I bought my first unit off Jody in Jan 2019. I appreciated her direct and honest communication and the efficient way she handled the sale, and for that reason we decided to go with her when looking to sell our unit in 2022 after buying a house a few months prior. We were very impressed with the way she handled everything, including timing when to put it to market and considering competition. She managed to sell our unit in less than two weeks, 50k over our minimum. Jody also professinally managed an unfortunate extension of our contract settlement due to issues beyond our control.
