Jody helped the reviewer buy this property

Gold Medal Agent

To anyone wishing to buy or sell a property on the Gold Coast we highly recommend Jody Young of Jean Brown Properties. Words cannot describe the heartfelt gratitude we owe Jody who has helped my husband and I through a minefield of legal paperwork and documentation with the purchase of our new property in Coolangatta. We are interstate buyers and not familiar within the differences involved with buying or strata in Queensland. Jody was always available to offer excellent advice and guidance in every respect, our problem was always Jodie's problem and solve them she did. We could contact Jody at any time even on her day off. Jody has been the most approachable, reliable and honest agent we have ever dealt with and we are looking forward to meeting her personally to say a very big THANKYOU. Kind Regards, Helen and Bruce Bayley.
