The sale of our family home !

We have just gone through the process of selling our much loved family home. Not only was it a big decision to put it on the market but also who to list it with . For us and I’m sure for many it is a very emotional process. So our decision was … do we go through a big corporate company or a smaller more personal company ? For us …. we wanted that personal touch . So we chose Jean Brown Properties. My goodness both Jean and Jody were simply amazing and caring to our needs. They were very knowledgeable of the location and also the current market . All the paperwork was professionally administered by Angela. We also decided to engage , on their recommendation, a solicitor (Place Legal) , was like a one stop shop (sell ! ). Which was very convenient and seamless indeed. Through the whole journey we were kept informed and kept updated at any hour of the day/night. The commitment that these amazing women showed us was simply nothing short of exceptional and has made this whole emotional process a pleasure to go through.
