From the moment we met Joe from Belle Property, we felt like we were dealing with a very thoughtful, considerate and professional team. A plan was implemented to gauge the market, with off-market strategies leading into an on-market approach and Auction. Communication during the process was excellent and although some feedback wasn't what we were hoping for, between both parties, we were able to understand the market and plan the best strategy for Auction Day.
