BEST AGENT IN PERTH

Throughout the project, Joe was extremely hard working, honest and very professional. He used his expertise and great level of market knowledge, accessing many different avenues to target potential buyers. Joe regularly communicated with us about buyer interest and was always willing to give advice in order to ultimately have a smooth and successful sale. Nothing was ever too much for Joe and I believe doing the best for us was his priority. I would not hesitate to do business again with him in the future.

We recommend Joe Cipriani!

Joe is a very proactive agent who pays a lot of attention to detail whilst guiding and assisting you through the entire process from sale to settlement - which can be daunting. Joe gives of his time generously and provides expert advice on how to go about achieving the best sale outcome. We would utilize Joe again should the need ever arise and I am happy to recommend Joe to other vendors without hesitation.

Poor experience overall

Note that this review has been edited from the original due to communication from Joe Cipriani claiming my statements were defamation and stating as such, there may be legal ramifications for myself. Please be aware that the statements in this review reflect my own personal experience and are not intended to be an attack on his character, merely a reflection of my experience during the process. I recently purchased an apartment through Harcourts Ross Realty, specifically Joe Cipriani. I had significant difficulty in my dealings with Joe Cipriani. I found him to be an abrasive person, who at times lacked professionalism. Based on my experiences I found it difficult to trust his word. There were situations where attempts were made to obtain agreements from myself that I do not believe were in my best interest (such as extending settlement date when Joe was unable to deliver the property on time). I would recommend that all communication be confirmed in writing. However I feel it is important to note that the settlement did proceed with no major issues and I am happy with my new home.
