
Our first contact with Joe was when we were looking through a home open near our own home and in our conversation with him found his breadth and depth of knowledge of the local market very impressive which went a long way towards our engaging him as our agent. What also helped was the impression Joe gave us as to his honesty and integrity, an impression born out by his subsequent helpful actions throughout a lengthy and sometimes difficult sale process. After engaging Joe we relocated to Geraldton but Joe carried on negotiating on our behalf continuing to communicate on a regular basis via email, texts and phone calls. There were times when we had to ask Joe to help out by watering the garden or remove some unwanted articles from the property in order to keep up its appearance and when storms blew down two different parts of the fence Joe was there to advise and assist as we tried to get things done from a distance. All this Joe did willingly and with good grace. That we did not realise our expectations as to the final sale price was entirely to do with the vagaries of the Perth market with its over abundance of similar properties and and lack of demand, amongst other issues, leading to softening of prices across the board. Joe worked hard to get us the best price within this climate and the final sale price, though not matching our initial expectations, was realistically the best that could be obtained in the circumstances. We have no hesitation in recommending Joe as a committed and trustworthy agent who is prepared to go above and beyond the call of duty to achieve the necessary ends for his clients.
