Our experience with Joe & Maria started some six weeks ago, with the need to sell our mothers home due to a medical event. We found them both professional & caring in our dealings on the house. We were given a great original evaluation with very in depth explanations as to this evaluation. The whole process around selling the house was explained in full detail & a plan put forward on how to get the best price. Open days were explained, what to do with the house to make it presentable to sell and what days open days would occur. We were advised after each open day how things went & what to expect, which was pretty spot on. The professional approach continued as the market became somewhat difficult due to rising interest rates & decreasing buyer interest in the Newcastle area on the whole. A couple of price changes were suggested & agreed to on our behalf, while Joe & Maria persisted in trying to get the best value for our Mum's house. As buyers showed interest Joe continued his professional approach to get the price finally arrived at, which we are very happy with & consider a great price for the house. The professionalism continued right to the end of the process with Joe assisting with requirements to finalise the sale & signing off all documents to finish the sale. Overall we found Joe & Maria very caring and professional in the sale of the house, getting us a good variety of buyers & a great price that satisfies my family needs for the future.

He was very transparent in all aspects including marketing, processes, fees & charges, timeframes, expected outcomes & contacts. Although the sale price was lower than he advised, this can be likely attributed more to market downturn & perceived flaws in the property history than any miscalculation on his part.
