Joe was an excellent guide through the complicated process of selling my house. He was very transparent in all aspects including marketing, processes, fees & charges, timeframes, expected outcomes & contacts. He consulted with me many times on the progress of the sale & to convey interest in the property, delays & eventually communications from the buyer. Although the sale price was lower than he advised, this can be likely attributed more to market downturn & perceived flaws in the property history than any miscalculation on his part.
