Joe Falzon is helpful, enthusiastic and hard working. He gave me good advice about preparing my property for auction and helped facilitate these works. He was always available to consult about any questions I had and made sure I well understood the process. Even better, he followed up all the people who came to inspect the property and made sure they had copies of the contract, arranged further inspections, etc. On the auction day he was superb and really worked hard to achieve the very best outcome. Highly recommended.
