Where to start. From the very beginning Joe Farr, our real estate agent, was not our first choice, but he was by far, our BEST choice of agents to handle the sale of our property. He was always there for us at every challenging turn of our journey of both selling and buying our new home. He was fully committed in getting a successful outcome for us on both the sale of our home and attaining the best price. He has a vast amount of knowledge and years of experience in his field, and instilled a feeling of confidence right from the very first meeting. We had our property listed with a local agent on the mountain for 3 months and never received any offers, not even a insulting offer. We originally purchased the property from Joe Farr 8 years ago and decided to give Joe a try. On the first open home, the eventual buyer came for an inspection. It took a short time of negotiations until we received a positive result. Joe was very diligent and determined that he would get a successful result. We cannot recommend Joe Farr highly enough.

I had a successful sale using Joe Farr, took a bit of effort on his part though. 1st sale the purchasers own sale fell through so could not complete mine 2nd sale was a scam where they created a disastrous building report then offered 100k less. We figure they were hoping for a distressed sale. 3rd sale went through smooth as butter. All the while Joe was resourceful and communicative and never pressured me to buckle to sales pressure, we had frank conversations on the pros and cons to decide on a satisfactory outcome. He is a salesman through and though so expect a pragmatic result and be clear with your needs and wants so he has a chance to deliver on them.
