I am very fortunate to have a varied skillset, in accounting, business management, project management, financial assessment and client portfolio management. My career has seen me involved with the purchase and sale of many types of property and business operations to this point in time. My passion and intention is to always add real value to the clients and communities I work with, in the rural and regional areas of Western Australia. The "what gets me out of bed", is building long term partnerships with clients to take them from where they are today to where they would like to be positioned tomorrow. The Great Southern region is a fantastic place to work, live and explore. Joe was brilliant in his ability to communicate. We had several appraisals and felt that other estate agents were after a quick Sale. Joe was patient, honest and forthright. He has a broad understanding of what is necessary to work with both seller and buyer. His market knowledge is extensive and he works in a friendly but very professional way. We were very pleased with Joe's availability and knowledge of recent sales as he was new to selling real estate. He has great communication skills and was very professional in guiding us through the process with what was a very quick and unexpected sale. He was very understanding as we had to communicate with him frequently as the property was not on the market and we were unprepared for the sale.
