I was under quite a bit of pressure to organise a few things on the way to purchasing my first home due to timing. I found Joe to be a resource that helped me towards the right decision who was able to act quickly and calmly towards arranging an inspection and getting building report all within 48 hours. He took the time to answer all of my questions and provide his own insight into the property market which he’s obviously built up over years of experience.
