We first meet Joe whilst stumbling one of his listings on realestate.com.au. This was the first property we ever looked at when deciding we wanted to buy another home. We literally hated the property after viewing, but wished we didn’t purely because we really liked Joe and felt his knowledge, professionalism and ability to make us feel like friends instantly was rare for a real estate agent. We then coincidentally continuously encountered him on our quest to purchase a property. We then finally found the “One” and we instantly knew we had to have it. Seemingly like a dream, Joe was the listing agent yet again. From the first offer, right to the deal being done, Joe made us feel like he genuinely wanted us to be the lucky purchasers.
