Joe is professional and gave his advice to do some minor renovations to dress up the house to be very presentable and it worked a treat! Prospective purchasers were impressed. Joe is a great communicator and kept us informed in the weeks leading up to the auction date. Joe is pro-active and has some great strategies to maximise the sale price. In the end, our townhouse was sold a day before the auction as a purchaser made a very good bid and we accepted it as the price was slightly above our expectation and we did want to risk a lower price if we went ahead with the auction.
