Terrible experience with this agent. Obstructive and unresponsive.

Unresponsive and delays urgent repairs. Needs to constantly be chased. Interpersonally difficult, poor customer service. Won’t address anything directly face-to-face but will send passive aggressive emails afterwards. Did not feel comfortable dealing with this agent.
