I contacted Joe from Mancini Real Estate about selling unit 2, 59 David Street off the plan before commencing construction with Mancini Made in May, 2018. Joe explained the process very thoroughly, showing me 3 properties in the immediate vicinity and the market price achievable for Unit 2, 59 David Street. Joe is a nice enough guy but like all agents, you can't trust what is said. Take your time and put everything in writing. If paying more for an agent, write the contract so the agent holds to the promises made.
