After a bad experience with another agency Joe resorted all my confidence in real estate agents. I would highly reccomend him to anyone thinking of selling their property or anyone considering switching agents. Very happy with the outcome and level of service received.
This was my first time selling a house and I couldn't have asked for a better experience than what I achieved with Joe. In such a tough market I was happy with the outcome in such a short amount of time and credit this whole experience to Joe. Kept me informed of everything a long the way and nothing I asked was ever too much trouble for him. Thanks again Joe for this great outcome, will be using your services on all future sales!!
We highly recommend Joe. His level of professionalism and expertise is well above average. Joe helped us sell two properties and we would have no hesitation using his services in the future.
Joe has managed two of our properties and has done a fantastic job. Friendly, professional, easy to talk too and keeps you upto date with how the market is and calls you when there is anything you need to know.
Joe was a great choice for hos local knowldge of the suburb. His communication skills are excellent. He is a confident agent and that gave us confidence in him. He worked hard for us to sell in a hard market. His pricing was realistic and not over inflated to obtain our business. We will be recommending him to our friends or anyone looking for a proffessional service.
Joe is a highly diligent and professional agent who works very hard for his seller. Joe's turn out and bearing are of the highest order, when he said he would do something, he did. The video advertising that was linked to the ad got us in the door, a feature that not all agents offer. I would definitely recommend Joe as an agent and use his services when coming to sell.
Joe is definitely the "Go To" man. We could not have hoped for better. Every step of the way Joe did his utmost to facilitate our move from country to city. Joe's on-going communication was reliable, accurate and always available to us. Greatly appreciated. Our move was seamless due to Joe's diligence and on going support. Nothing was too much trouble for Joe and after our arrival he continued to provide answers to our many questions. It's been our privilege to have met a such a highly regarded professional and ethical man. He is without doubt the "Go To" man. He has our ongoing respect and gratitude. Thanks Joe
Joe was easy to do business with, was confident, spoke with knowledge on what was moving in Butler. We had talked with other sale agents and we were happy to go with Joe and will recommend him to other buyers and sellers. Well done Joe thank you muchly Pam & Ross
Very happy with joe and selling the perfect first home for me. Will be recommended to my family and friends.
We found Joe to be professional, friendly and most importantly, sincere. We have already recommended Joe to 2 of our neighbours who are wishing to sell. It was a pleasure working with him.
First of all, Joe is a star. I had an absolute nightmare purchasing my first home and was a little apprehensive dealing with agents the second time around. But my fears were laid to rest very quickly once we found the home we wanted. Joe was professional, knowledgeable and always there to answer any questions no matter what time of day it was. He made buying a house the second time round a dream process and I would happily recommend him to anyone looking for an agent.
