Its easy for an agent to be good when the market is buoyant and the sale is easy. The real measure of an agent is when things don't go according to plan. Our sale wasn't straight forward and there were quite a number of challenges that Joe had to contend with (a psychotic neighbour trying to influence the sale, a changing market, and vendors that were out of the country).
