We're very glad we chose Joe to sell our apartment. We really appreciated that he gave us honest answers, even when he thought we wouldn't like hearing it. Everything he told us seemed sensible, and was consistent with my own research. Joe kept in constant contact with us, always keeping us abreast of developments. In fact, I don't think he ever took longer than about 5 minutes to get back to me when I emailed him! I didn't get to see him actually talking to prospective buyers, of course, but I can well imagine how it went, since in all our interactions with Joe he was extremely capable and professional (and very convincing when he needed to be)!

We met with three different real estates agents to sell our home at Croydon in 2019 and Joe was one of the three.
