One of a kind - professional and personable

Buying a house is always a stressful and difficult process. We'd been looking for almost a year and were starting to feel disheartened as sale prices were always at least $200K above the guide. Joe is one of a kind and absolutely amazing to work with! He made a difficult process so easy. He was honest, professional and a great communicator. The fact that he really cared made him a stand out, he helped us secure the property within 2 business days. That's definitely a record!
