He went out of his way to present the property in the best possible manner. Not only that, Joe was always flexible to show prospective buyers the property at any time or day suitable to them (e.g. even Sundays or late hours after work). Joe is also a very sincere, hardworking and people focussed person. The end result was I had a favourable outcome (sale) in an otherwise weak apartment market.
