Joe is warm, friendly and knowledgable. He knew exactly how to market my property and he was spot on. The photos were fantastic - they looked better than the real thing! The board outside was very impressive too. I had a lot of people present at the Open Homes. Joe made regular contact both before and after each open home and listened to what I wanted to do rather than pushing his point of view onto me such as other agents have done previously. my property sold very quickly and I was very happy with the whole process. There was a hiccup at the end with a delay that was foreseen and Joe was able to advise and put into place a solution which resulted in both buyer and seller being kept happy.
