Joe helped us from the beginning to the end when we sold our property. At the start, we were not 100% sure if we wanted to sell it yet but Joe suggested that he takes the video of the house and send to his clients first. We decided to try it and he did it quickly and we got some offers already after a few days. We decided to put it on the market as well after that and we had a few more offers straight away. We didn’t do anything but Joe did all the works for us and talked to the potential buyers even after work hours or weekends. Even when we had some questions, not relating to the house sale, he helped us as well. He replies to our phone call, emails promptly and gives us the reasonable advices during the whole process.
