Joe helped me purchase this property over 10+ years ago for investment purposes. His agency managed the property for me and recently Joe helped sell the property at a price which was above the market value. All the information / advise provided during the sale process including the timing of the sale, marketing method and finalizing the sale was very valuable. Joe's knowledge of the market and the sale approach was 2nd to none. He was very consultative and always had time to respond to all my inquiry. There were 3 units in the same block for sale by 3 different agencies. Mine unit was the last one to get on the market. However Joe's skills and ability ensured that my unit to be the one sold 1st at better than expected price.
