The only reason i gave Joe 4.5 stars is because in the initial evaluation of the home it was a matter if we were going to get low or mid 400k. There was only one person interested in spending around the 400k and i expected more people looking to pay the 400k mark. I'm still very happy with the price that it sold at just expected more people to come in and pay/offer around the 400k mark as per the evaluation. Thanks for your efforts Joe we got a good result in the end.

The agent has given us a lot of pressures in final negotiation after auction. It seems the agent wished to sell the property ASAP and urged us vendors to lower the reservce price. The pressures we are talking was incredibly high and we had to lower the reserve price a little. Overall we are amazed to see the agent finally pursuade the buyer to raise the offer price to meet our new reserve price. The final negotiation skills are really impressive.
