After I had an unpleasant experience with my previous agent, Joe took over the job. He is calm, hard working and respectful. He always comes early on open inspections to make sure everything is in position, he takes time and go through everything such as parking, back entrance, fire access etc to make sure buyers fully aware of everything. My both settlements are only couple of days away from each other and we were running a bit behind for final inspection, Joe provided huge amount of helping on that matter! Most importantly, he tried his best on getting us a good price on selling our property! Thank you so much Joe and apologies for the late review.
