Joe joined the industry in 1990 as a Sales Representative with an agency in Dunsborough.
Prior to joining the industry Joe was awarded a degree in Business Administration from Edith Cowan University, obtained his pilot license to fly small aircraft and became a professional skipper of a prawn trawler in the states north west for a period of 7 years. He and his wife also purchased a retail business in Dunsborough which was held for a period of 3 years.
This diverse background enabled Joe to meet and engage with people from all walks of life and he is known for his ability of always being available to friends and clients alike.
Joe was also elected to the position of a REIWA Councillor for a period of 3 years and was the Chair for the Institute's Coalition for Property Rights. Joe's 18 years experience in the industry in Dunsborough has enabled him to observe varying market conditions during which he earned a solid reputation for qualified and sound advice on all matters pertaining to the various categories of property in the region.
Joe has fostered a culture of professionalism and enthusiasm within the JMW team and also considers ongoing professional development of all staff as an absolutely vital necessity for the longevity of the Company and to also create the highest standards of service to clients and customers alike. Whilst Joe has played a pivotal role in the development and marketing of numerous rural residential estates in the district he has conducted sales of the smallest category of residential property to the multi million dollar beachfront holdings along the bay.
Joe's commitment to the community is well known with his Chair of Our Lady of the Capes School Board and St Vincent De Paul, a member of the St John Ambulance driver's pool, a past councillor of the Western Australian Post Secondary Education Commission and the WACAE College Council and as previously mentioned a former REIWA Councillor.
Joe's attention to detail of peoples' concerns and problems, and his honest advice to those that seek it, often places him in a position of trust which is always respected.
