Joel was the real estate agent for the house I recently bought and he was incredible to deal with! Even on my first inspection of the property I noticed how friendly, polite and professional he was compared to other agents I'd recently dealt with. I was a first home buyer too and am very inexperienced in the industry but Joel went out of his way to explain almost everything to me simply and always took the time to answer all of my amateur questions. He was also very prompt in communicating with me (and the vendor), usually out of hours which helped us out a lot. He also seemed very fair and honest about everything, even the issues with the house which was a real relief to me being as inexperienced as I am.
