After a roundabout journey of looking to buy in the area, we came across Joel. His market knowledge was five-star and oddly enough he had an uncanny knack of knowing what was best for us even before we did! We have dealt with many agents over the years both buying and selling and we must say Joel is an absolute stand out and would rate in our top 3 experiences. Although he showed us some properties when we were purchasers and did not buy any of them when it come to selling we felt he should be our choice from that experience.
