Very strong post-settlement gift box game too - so good it would probably still be worth hiring him even if he wasn’t the best agent in Burleigh! The singular miniature serving saucer which doesn’t match any of my other crockery has proven surprisingly useful, and the antipasto medley and fig & walnut paste were so knee-bucklingly good it didn’t even matter that the bottle of bubbles was domestic! His greatest strength though was the outstanding after sales service - sellers had misplaced the mailbox keys which we only discovered post-settlement. Joel moved heaven and earth to track them down for us and when that ultimately proved fruitless, got a new set cut for us - all at his own expense - what a legend!! Will definitely be using him when we sell! If he doesn’t win 2026 best agent in Burleigh, frankly it will say more about the award than it will about Joel. Thanks, Joel!
