Joel was amazing to us in all aspects of the purchase for our apartment in AT238 he went above and beyond to make sure we were happy with the purchase, educated and informed us on things we were not sure about being this is our first apartment purchase, We could not have had a more pleasant experience and he will be our first call when we are ready to purchase another property. Thanks again Richard & Tishka
Joel Cooper of Realestate 88 has been a joy to work with. I always found Joel to be positive and working in my best interest. He was quick to reply to any questions and very thorough in his approach to the sale of our property. Joel was able to get a great price for us in a short period of time. Thank you.
Joel was a fantastic Agent with the most impressive thing being his responsiveness, reliability and customer service. Highly recommend! Joel helped us sell our apartment in East Perth. From undertaking an initial assessment and providing selling tips to us, to assisting with final “fixes” to get the sale across, Joel was there every step of the way. He also used his contacts and connections to promote the property, overall securing a price beyond our expectations! Many thanks to Joel!
Joel has a great breadth of real estate knowledge, especially when dealing with apartments and strata. I am beyond impressed with Joel's professionalism, communication and kindness throughout the whole process, he is a genuine person and it shines through his work. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Joel to anyone and I couldn't fault him. Thank you for making the selling process go from what felt stressful and frustrating to a positive experience and a wonderful outcome for us.
