Joel was a superstar with selling our block. It was a difficult one with construction commencing already. He communicated with us all the time and kept us up to date. We were nervous it wouldn’t sell but Joel continued to go over and above for us. He even went to the site to tidy it up when we were unavailable. Can’t thank Joel enough for the effort he put in and got us the return we were hoping for, but not expecting. Use him!
