Joel Hollings has been recommended to us by our neighbour as he sold their house. He came, inspected everything, told us what needed to be done and best way to go about selling the place. Joel even helped us with signs for our garage sale. We chose to go to auction, but after one open day we got a very good offer that we accepted that and did not go to auction. we were so happy with Joels handling everything for us that we would recommend him to anyone. He knew we were going through some sad times but he was very helpful and considerate to our feelings. We chose to go to auction, but the first people that had a look wanted it immediately. We chose to have at least one open day to see what other people think about the property. 23 groups had a look, we had good offers but the first people decided to increase their offer as they really wanted our property. We chose to accept the offer, Joel agreed that it was a good offer too, so did not go to auction.

Joel was very professional, had a wonderful dealing with all of his team and Joel.

When I rang him to give an offer to the property I just saw online, he ask me and my husband to inspect the property first before signing the contract. He explained everything clearly and honestly of what we gonna expect for the house we are buying. He is also helpful by giving us suggestions or recommendations of what we need to do. He was very knowledgeable. It was also an easy transaction we have made with Joel. A highly recommended sales agent.

Continued from Google Review on Tuesday, 11 May 2021... Would I recommend Joel Hollings, Kon Stathopoulos, and their team? Would I do business with them again? I think not! In all fairness, I would only do business with Joel again, if he makes a decision and a concerted effort to repent of his prideful and wicked attitude towards people.

Joel was always easy to talk to and made me feel comfortable through out the whole process. He was honest and explained the situation clearly each step of the way. The only issue I had was that sometimes the communication took a bit longer than expected. I understand there are factors outside of control, however I would suggest a quick acknowledgment such as ‘I ll get back to you on this’. Overall a top agent, and I would highly recommend him to anyone thinking of buying or selling.

i have been dealing with Joel for years now his knowledge on what the market is doing an where prices are at is on the money i was more then happy with what he has done to sell my house. i wouldn't recommend anyone else
