In this most difficult sale which involved a number of complexities, including actions of a tenant of the property seeking to frustrate the sale, Joel Hollings excelled in steering the transaction to a successful conclusion. Joel kept me informed of progress and was timely in responses to my enquiries. Few agents have displayed such professionalism in my 40 years in the property industry.
Joel is a very experienced real estate agent who knows the Seven Hills well. We first met Joel when we were buying our house 15 years ago and he made a great impression. So naturally he was our first choice when selling. He gave great advice for getting our home ready and gave us a realistic expectation on the sale price that could be achieved. Our house sold within 2 weeks for the price that we wanted. Couldn’t have been happier. Joel also went the extra mile by providing advice on negotiating a price on a house that we found to purchase. He even contacted the agent on our behalf and we ended up signing the contract a day later having agreed on a great price.
Joel recently sold our investment home in Wentworthville and we wish to express our gratitude selling in this tough current market. We had a great auction result $21,000.00 above the reserve price! Well done to his team at McGrath Blacktown. Joel organised our spa approval with the local council. (Councils Rules had been recently updated) which spared us from completing forms and organising times to meet with the inspectors. Joel has an approachable personality that makes you feel relaxed knowing you are in safe hands from your first meeting to the final sale. Good luck to your future sales. 2 very happy customers.
Joel was very helpful throughout the whole process. He kept me informed every step of the way. Big thanks to everyone at McGrath Blacktown

Joel always responded to my calls or messages promptly . His communication between us an the owner was fantastic, negotiations were were quick and we were happy with the outcomes. He was very helpful when it came to the final inspection, which was much appreciated.
We recently sold our villa after only 4 open homes. Joel always gave us positive and negative feedback from prospective buyers and communicated with us at all times. He always gave us so much of his time and has an impressive knowledge of today's market. His negotiation and people skills come naturally to him. I would highly recommend this agent to anyone and would use him again.
This is my second time dealing with Joel, both times I have been very impressed with the service. Mcgraths are very organised and they have great communication!
I would like to thank all those who have been involved in the background and foreground in the sale of 24 Amazon Rd. The commitment and professionalism was the best i have witnessed. Thanks once again...Joel
From the get go, Joel presented a professional manner, stated the facts and backed up with data his impressive sales records. Throughout the process he kept us informed on potential bidders to our auction and the thoughts of the prospective buyers. Joel exceeded expectation by providing advice on all matters including outside the selling process for other related matters post selling the property. I would definitely recommend Joel and his agency to any prospective sellers in his area.
Will give honest and realistic advice, knows the local market. Up todate with industry trends. No hesitation in using Joel again
