Joel made the process of selling a quick stress free process. I was kept informed at every stage. Thanks Joel, selling is not always easy for the home owner but you made the process too easy 😊 Would highly recommend Joel to anyone thinking of selling.
Joel knows his market very well, is very confident and projects credibility. He understood what we wanted, was spot on in clarifying the process and did his best to meet our needs. The whole team offered great customer service, much appreciated.
Joel Hollings was recommended to me by a friend who recently sold her house. What impressed me was the ease her house was sold, And the price they received for the sale. In choosing Joel I was very impressed with the knowledge, how organised the process was and the advice I was given.. We got a great price for my home and have been very impressed in the way it was handled.. I have no hesitation in recommending Joel and his team at McGraths.. Fantastic, thank you.
Joel was terrific. He understood what we wanted straight away. He was very knowlegable about the area and the market and was able to communicate very effectively. Fantastic agent!
Buying a house is usually very stressful but not when you deal with a professional and friendly agent like Joel who possesses excellent market knowledge and communication skills. The purchasing experience I had is definitely one of the top ones compare to my previous dealings. Joel is highly recommended for buyers and sellers!
Joel was great from beginning to end, he was spot on about market appraisal, confident in his ability and felt assured that all would go to plan. It did, sold in one week for more than we expected. The whole team at Mcgrath was professional and exceeded my expectations. The schedule of events on a calendar was great, knowing what would happen next. Professional ethical and understanding of the stress that a sale can be. Having sold with Joel was unreal.... buying on the other hand with another agent at the same time, was horrible.... Just shows you when you find a good agent it is so rare. I will recommend and have recommended Joel and his team to all i know.
Sonia and I have not been involved with a house sale before so everything was new to us. Joel spent a lot of time clearly explaining the process and our options. We thought the mid auction cycle review was very helpful to understand what the market was determining in regards to the value of our home. After adjusting the price guide the sale fell right into the middle of it indicating that our exceptions on auction day were met. We could not wish for a more professional approach. We felt that things were under control the whole time and that we covered off everything that we could do to ensure the best price in the end. I would highly recommend Joel and his team to anyone and was pleased to hear that someone from our extended family has already signed up with Joel for their sale. Thanks again Joel.
We were happy with the communication and the full explanation of how the sale of our house would take place. A complete step to step process was given to us and this made it really easy to work with. Thanks to Joel and the office for taking on our sale. Esp. loved the flowers that was send a day before the first open house.
Joel's experience in our area, along with his attention to detail and straightforward approach, made it a no-brainer for us to list our home with him. Joel was always available when we needed him and he even provided us with advice regarding our subsequent purchase. Importantly, Joel was able to secure a great offer after just one open home. Joel is a top agent that we would gladly recommend.
Great agent and awesome team that work together so well with a great result VERY HAPPY THANKYOU
Joel was great in every way he know how to go about selling our home and what other homes around ours were bringing I would tell other about him and how good he is Ross
From travelling across Sydney to meet with us. To guiding us skillfully through what I have heard can be a stressful process Joel made the process of selling our house seamless. The marketing was high quality and the weekly statistical reports after open homes invaluable! Joel is knowledgeable, genuine and realistic. Would use Joel again undoubtedly.
