Joel helped us buy our first home, he kept in touch via a Christmas card every year after that. We sold after 10 years to our neighbour so didnt use joel but we told him about our move. Then another 10 years after that we were selling another property in Sydney so rang joel and also other agents. Joel stood out from all the others as he was patient while we were sorting out legal stuff, he didnt pressure us unlike other agents who called and texted every week. He listened to what we wanted in the campaign and and he also looked after everything for the auction and made it really smooth and easy. If I wanted to buy or sell a place again I would call joel to see what he was up to and where he was first. He is so nice to deal with.
