I decided to list my investment property which was tennanted at the time. I had been watching the market for quite some time and agreed the suggested sale price that Joel & Stewart arrived at was what the property was worth. They suggested we try an off market campaign for 3 weeks before we started kicking any tennants out. Seemed like a plan and I got to save money on advertising. Two days later, I saw the first email blast in my inbox. Two days after that was the first open. That afternoon I had 2 offers and both of them were too low coming in under the listing price. Two days after that the boys had got one of the bidders up higher which I rejected at lunch time, as I wanted more than the listing price. That evening around 7pm I got a call to say they got the buyer up to the price I wanted. The paperwork was done that evening, I signed it electronically before I went to bed and the deal was done. Seven days from start to finish!!! From the first meeting to sale day was so easy, they kept me informed every step of the way, I felt prioritised and they never took their foot off the pedal. They worked their data base to get me the deal I wanted. I couldn't be happier. Highly recommended
