Once I met Joel I knew he was the right agent to sell my home. He was realistic in all aspects of the price guide and my expectations. However there needs to be a big shout out to Liam & the team, whilst Joel leads the team, Liam & the team where outstanding, there was never one thing that Liam was not across, from open house to managing the sale etc. Would I recommend this agent, definitely, as a team, they worked tiresomely to achieve the best result for me. If you want honesty from a real estate agent definitely go with this one!

We had a rental home and the time and market was right to sell it. Joel sold our family home about 2 yrs ago to allow us to build our new home. We were happy with how that sale went, so we went straight to Joel to sell our rental house. We were stoked with the way the house was marketed. With a small tidy up, the photos looked great.
