During the house inspection Joel was open and honest with us telling us about potential other buyers and our next steps. Once we placed our offer he continued to keep us updated on how everything was going until eventually our offer had been accepted. When our offer was accepted Joel gave us a run down on our next steps and recommendations on who we could go through for things like building and pest and conveyancing as first time home buyers this helped us grasp an understanding of our next steps and where to go from there. Overall Joel has been wonderful during the whole process of us purchasing our first home. Thanks Again Joel!
