Joel was very easy to deal with, he always had all the information we asked for and more. He was never tardy to get back to us, intact he often went above and beyond to satisfy both us as and the seller. During the inspections he was never pushy to try and make us purchase, he was always very patient and asking questions to make sure this was the house for us. As this was our 1st home we had a lot of questions witch he was always happy to answer, when he probably didn’t need to or could have told us to do our own research. At settlement Joel went above and beyond to organise with both solicitors to make sure we could get everything finished on time and we did thanks to him.
