Firstly, the white-glove service received from Joel and his team is the sort of service you would expect from someone telling a multi-million dollar home. The truth is, my home was approx half a million dollars. At all times during the campaign I felt like Joel’s only client: he was easily contactable and always providing the answers to my questions before I could even think to ask them! After interviewing 2 other agencies to sell my property it was clear Joel from GPA was different to the rest: he was truly passionate and excited about my property whereas the other agents were quick to point out its flaws. Joel and his team did a fantastic job selling our place and completely exceeded every expectation we had for the sale price.
