From the point of first engagement with Joel and his team Mariam and Josh I felt comfortable and informed. Albeit the process spanned the Christmas holidays Joel ensured that momentum was maintained and that all of the relevant service providers (cleaners, garden, furniture rental) were engaged and delivering on time. Joel communicated with me regularly and engaged as appropriate where decisions were required to be made. The result was outstanding, my thanks to all of the team.
