After a failed auction that nobody turned up to & then nine months on the market & fending off other agents chasing an extra listing at a time when the market was in a state of stagnation we decided to change agents. We had already put a deposit on a brand new house & it had been completed & sitting vacant for six months. After doing some research I found that Joel had an average days on market of 31. He had also recently sold a property in our street in two weeks. All this was more than enough for me to make the long overdue call that changed everything for us. After only ten minutes with Joel I knew we had made the right choice. Our property had not been marketed to show its full potential.
