Joel and Luke have given us excellent advice from the beginning of our renovation project right through to the sale of our property. Their integrity and enthusiasm has been second to none with good communication throughout the sales campaign. We would highly recommend their services and look forward to working with them again
We purchased our new property through Joel, and we were so impressed with his friendly, professional and enthusiastic service, that we divided to list our home with him too. It was a great decision to do so, as Joel went above and beyond to get our house sold quickly and without much work on our end. We would highly recommend him to other potential vendors!
We have now sold 2 properties with Joel and couldn't be happier. Joel's knowledge of the local market and passion for the area is second to none. Selling this property we were living interstate and Joel went above and beyond for us in every aspect. We simply wouldn't consider selling with anyone else. Thanks again Joel.
Joel's communication and knowledge of the industry was first class. He kept us informed and updated every step of the way. The whole process was stress free, extremely quick, painless and quite enjoyable. Joel kept our goals are the forefront of the sale process and his values aligned with ours front the very first time we met him. We are extremely grateful for his help and would highly recommend him. This was the first time we have been through the selling process and we were quite nervous to sell our first home but Joel ensured we were fully informed and looked after throughout the whole process. We will gladly work with him again in the future.
very professional with great knowledge of the real estate. very smooth process from start to finish.
After a failed auction that nobody turned up to & then nine months on the market & fending off other agents chasing an extra listing at a time when the market was in a state of stagnation we decided to change agents. We had already put a deposit on a brand new house & it had been completed & sitting vacant for six months. After doing some research I found that Joel had an average days on market of 31. He had also recently sold a property in our street in two weeks. All this was more than enough for me to make the long overdue call that changed everything for us. After only ten minutes with Joel I knew we had made the right choice. Our property had not been marketed to show its full potential. The best thing we did was remove all our furniture & ourselves & have the house styled & landscaped. When relatives/friends saw photos on the internet they didn't recognise it. We had over thirty couples through on the first open day & it was pouring rain. The second open was in the evening & fifteen couples turned up. In the end the first buyer that saw it became the owners. If all the above is not enough reason for anyone reading this to choose Joel as your agent, then words fail me. Joel also has my mobile number.
Joel came highly recommended to us from our father who has over thirty years experience in the real estate industry. Joel met and exceeded expectation. Joel impressed upon us a sophisticated knowledge of the market and was able to align his approach with our goals and values. Joel is an apt communicator and showed immense thoughtfulness, sincerity and transparency throughout. It is with great pleasure that we recommend Joel, and look forward to working with he and his team in the future.
Joel recently sold our townhouse, not only getting us a quick and stress free result, but a complex record for the sale price as well. Joel took on our sale with great integrity and understanding, showing us nothing but professionalism during the process. He always acted quickly and was dedicated in getting us the best result. His communication was without fault, constantly updating us every step of the way. You can see how much he loves what he does, through his enthusiasm and the respect he holds for all of his clients. Would highly recommend Joel to anyone selling their home.
Dear Joel Soldado My family and I would like to thank you for your excellent effort towards the sale of our home. It was not an easy decision and we appreciate all your assistance throughout the process. We believe your attention to detail and your professionalism were key to the success we achieved. Most importantly your genuine and understanding nature was recognised and appreciated by us all. Joel Soldado with Harcourts sold our home in a week, for a price we had only dreamed about! Jose and I couldn't speak more highly of Joel and his service, and we would definitely recommend him to anyone who considering selling their family home. Mr & Mrs Soldado
Joel and his partner Luke Wilson organised and realised the sale of my family home in Kotara South. Joel gave excellent information and assistance which was above and beyond any expectations I had. Joel and the team achieved an astounding result in a very short time frame. There was excellent communication between us throughout the process, and I always felt respected and in control. I highly recommend Joel as a real estate agent who will obtain great results.
We were recommended Joel from a friend who had previously sold a property and raved off his performance. We weren’t disappointed. Joel is a highly professional agent who got us an exceptional price and a quick sale in a depressed market. He exceeded all of our expectations. He stayed in constant contact with us throughout and achieved exactly what he said he would. I suggest taking all of his advice in terms of setting up your property for sale. We did and the interest in our property was extensive from the day it was listed. The whole Harcourts organisation is slick and professional and their marketing material is beautiful. Highly recommended!
