Of the 12 Open Days - Joel Soldado always a summary of who had inspected my home , just how many were really interested in purchasing my home from each of the 30 minute sessions.Informing me if and when a client had requested to have their own Building / Pest carried out.If there was any issue which needed to be discussed face to face with myself the current Owner it was immediately attended to that day. What appealed to me was a PRD meeting arranged by Joel Soldado involving the CEO Mark Kentwell and my family to highlight the current market within my Suburbbefore a decion was made on an acceptable selling price which in the end was very satisfactory.
