We could not have chosen a worse time to put our house on the market - first the fires & then the pandemic! Joel was only able to have two open house inspections before they were banned but he did manage to attract a buyer that came back 3 times before they put a deposit down & then once more prior to settlement to have a walk through with us.
When we started this process, it was in the COVID lockdown, and I wasn’t confident of selling Reg’s property. Joel handled every aspect of our uncertainty with his knowledgeable skill of real estate and assured us in a professional, caring way, that all would be well. He not only wants to help you make a sale, but wants you to feel stable emotionally. His caring, professional manner and expertise, gave us confidence to know that all would be well. Not only did he competently manage Reg’s sale, but found a property for him to buy and down size. Reg was very impressed with Joel, who handled him with respect, answered his queries truthfully and today we finished moving him into his new abode. It has been an exhausting process but Joel kept his eye on us to make sure we were coping, and to see Reg happy, settled and relaxed in his smaller home, is a true reward for us all. Joel is a great asset to Bella, and I have recommended him to friends as I know they too will be treated with care and compassion, and will make a sale, and if lucky as we were, also have Joel to help them purchase their new home.
