He didn't waste our time with properties he knew we wouldn't be interested in, and when this property came up, he was always honest with the amount he thought it would go for. The listing range was accurate, which is very rare when a house goes to auction. Joel also helped sell our house, and again, was honest and straight to the point. We sold during a strange time in the real estate market and his advice has proven to be right now that a few months have passed.
