As first-home buyers, we honestly couldn’t have asked for a better experience working with Joey and the team at Harris Tripp. From the very beginning, Joey was amazing—his communication was clear, consistent, and reassuring. He always went above and beyond to answer our questions and resolve any concerns, no matter how big or small. At one point we were speaking almost daily (sometimes multiple times a day!), yet it was always a pleasure. Joey was open, honest, and upfront throughout the whole process, which really built our trust. You often hear mixed stories about agents, and we had our reservations going in, but with Joey we never felt that way. He made the journey to buying our first home such a positive experience.
