Over the years we have sold 6 houses and a few apartments and to be honest, I was very nervous on who we would select as unfortunately, the agents that we selected were very disappointing and failed to deliver on their promises. Joey, was by far the most professional agent that we have used in the past in both approach to the sales process and the execution of the marketing strategy that he proposed and implemented for the sale of our apartment in StKilda. Whilst we questioned Joey on some of the components of the marketing campaign, after discussing each point in length, Joey was able to give us the confidence - based on his sound knowledge of the area - in his proposal to proceed unchanged - and we are glad we did.
