We bought a property Joey was selling first and then he sold our apartment for us. When we were buying, even in a hot market, Joey was different to lots of agents in the area, he worked to make sure we returned for inspections and showed up on auction day when we were not going to bother. At the time 99% of agents were not even doing follow up phone calls after we inspected a property. So we knew in a softer market we could trust Joey to try and get us the best possible price for our apartment. Joey made the process extremely straightforward for us and we trusted his advice.
