We had a few delays from the sellers end and Joey was more than accomodating. She offered to visit the property on our behalf to ensure everything was up to standard. The seller changed settlement timeframes and breached contract resulting in us having to wait around for 4 hours, however Joey made the experience less stressful and waited around right up until the last minute to give us the keys! Joey was extremely helpful from start to finish in buying my place. As a first home buyer from interstate, I was unsure about a lot of the process of buying a place in Queensland but Joey made it easy and even enjoyable.
