We found Joey to be a friendly young man who was easy to talk to. We assumed that prospective buyers would think so too. Joey worked hard to maximise our sale price, and he was very skilled at researching information. Just one example was finding the sales price of comparable houses. Joey likes to set himself the target of achieving the highest sales price in the street. In our case, the house next door sold after having major extensions, so he achieved the second highest.
